I generally get all my work done here. I have always been treated fairly. I love the comfortable and clean waiting area. Everyone from service advisor, car runner and cashier are wonderful, helpful and friendly. They provide great value and I know my van is taken care of properly. My vehicle is almost 10 years old so not only am I rating my last service of 5/23/13, but over 10 years of taking care of my Toyota. This dealership is awesome!

Terry was very thorough during the intake, looked up what was covered on warranty and gave me an estimate on some additional work that needed to be done after the diagnostics were done. Terry has been my service provider before and I have always found him knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Also, I find your entire service staff friendly and helpful right down to the cashier. We find the Toyota Dealer service at Golden Valley Rudy Luther Toyota to be extremely professional and highly knowledgable about both Prius and Avalon cars we maintain through them. We have been very happy with the overal service and honesty the staff shown us.

The sales reps that worked with my daughter and I were great and honest, mostly they were team players.Theo and Chris made sure my daughter and i left the dealership satisfied!!! I surely appreciate all of Theo's hard work.

That Friday day after noon when I walked in to the dealership I was just so ready to get rid of my old car, but I didn't know where to start. So I walked in the front entrance and the lady up front greet me nicely and introduce me to Boris. Right away I knew I would be in a good hand, he seems to just know what exactly i was looking for, asking all the right questions, wasn't trying to sell me anything that I don't need. It was overall a very nice and smooth transaction.

Came in the dealer ship and was welcomed warmly! had no trouble getting help and all the employees seamed upbeat. My sales man was Boris Sonkin and did a great job at meeting my needs. I truly appreciated all the hard work they put in to there jobs and will point all my friends towards toyota scion's direction. Again thanks for all you help!

I've consistently enjoyed my service visits with this dealership. They always perform within time estimates or better and the shuttle service is extremely helpful and flexible. Although they're closest to me(why I choose them initially), I prefer them to others.

Great experience! Dropped off the car, and was called early the next morning with a detailed estimate. Was contacted later that day, offering a free rental car so they could keep working on it. Got the rental in just a few quick minutes, and got a call the next afternoon that everything was ready. Came in under the quoted estimate! Brian was fantastic and incredibly helpful -- great communication throughout.
