My Review of Ruhe Pontiac:
I bought a new Pontiac Vibe from Ruhe Pontiac and had a major manual transmission failure at 42,000 miles. This was 6000 miles outside the warranty. The total repair was $2000 and Ruhe Pontiac and GM would not offer any help. I worked with GM customer service center for 2.5 weeks being told they were working on it and still came up empty. This was my first GM product in ten years and my 6th manual transmission car. No problems with the others. I had maintenance records from Valvoline service centers but this did not make a difference with the dealership since they didn't make money on the service. Ruhe Pontiac should be avoided.
