My Review of Rusnak BMW Westlake:
Excellent service overall. Attention to the customer is paramount. Over the past 4 years, we bought three BMWs from Rusnak Westlake BMW, a 325i, a 328i, and a 7 series. Each time we got a great price, excellent service, honesty and integrity. (Bought all three from Aaron.) Always able to get for service, and the service people are honest. The service scheduler, Renee Norris is extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this dealer. It's a 30 minute drive for us, but we wouldn't go anywhere else for sales or service.

My Review of Rusnak BMW Westlake:
Both Kaylyn Foster and Renee Norris are excellent people we met with both at charity event Project Cuddle this Father’s day they were there for others but gave me and my family all the time we needed to make up our minds on the BMW for our daughter the blue 128i car, we met with our friends at the show they went back to the Rusnak store but we stayed for the raffles. We did not win but the deal was great as well as their customer service personal touch was what the occasion called for

My Review of Rusnak BMW Westlake:
Ken Christ was amazing to us, we were sent over from the Rusnak Father’s Day event Fast Cars at Sunset Hills Sunday we donated for Project Cuddle because of Renee Norris then we looked at the white BMW 750. We saw it at the show and my wife loved it, our lease had about 3 months left but Ken took care of it and us, nice gift for Father’s Day for me and great Beemer for my wife. I did not know that with the little amount of miles she put on it this saved on the balance a lot, because he approved it.

The staff at Rusnak was wonderful I a cme in with my husband and met with Gary Greenheld he was very caring and simply wonderful, he listen to my situation of dealing with my 16 year old. She was involved in an accident and now needed a car Gary took the time to listen to us and offered us options I did not realize that he was a manager and was so surprised to see how much time he spent with us but he did and I am grateful as well as my family, later we met with Mr. Christ who thanked us for coming in to buy the 335i, thanks again guys

My first car in a long time I knew this was going to be tuff but it was time and that was that, I met up with Mike Schlein at first I was not sure but within 30 minutes he made every attempt to make us feel welcomed when I told him of the last time I was at a dealership I got to meet Ken Christ who explained in detail why this would be the next store for me and my family for years to come my new 535i is amazing I listened to my friend I usually do not, but I did he got his 550i from Rusnak Westlake at the mall thanks guys

I was not sure if this would be real but both Ken Christ and Kevin were great, thanks to Ken special deals I got thousands off my car I got the 328i 08 loaded in black w/sport I was referred by my coworker and she was right they took care of me on the price Kevin went through the entire car with me and his check list of stuff this was impressive I thought for the price i got that i would be put on the quick path out of the store but this was not the case thanks again

Kaylyn Foster is great she made the whole experience easy and quick she really loves her BMW’s, just so knowledgeable, my wife was amazed and then we had the pleasure to meet with her General Manager Ken Christ who welcomed us to the Rusnak family nice to be part of such a great family oh yea our new M5 my oh my our new blue M5

Renee Norris was terrific, we just got the BMW and I noticed the windshield had something on the right side, she was amazing she took care of the issue right away she was a true professional we had a chance to meet with her boss Chuck this guy was the best great team at that service center at Rusnak

Mike Schleien was the best he spend the time giving a lot of information he asked the GM Ken Christ for our "best deal" and we got it for our new 650i, my wife is very happy she got the red one. Over all Westlake BMW was the best 2 Thumbs Up! ok ok all Thumbs Up.
