I personally had an incredibly wonderful experience when buying my vehicle from Rusnak (Dan Gibbs) Dan was so patient with me and spent a lot of time making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Not once did I feel pressured, uncomfortable or got the feeling that he was just "going through the motions." My experience was personal, and in one word, delightful.
Additionally, Sam (the service and parts director) stepped in to assist when Dan was pulled away by another customer. He had no qualms about taking the lead to ensure that I was being helped. He even helped me clean out my car and transfer items to expedite the process. The overall experience was certainly fantastic and I think they have an incredible team working together to make customers happy and ensure that the operation of the dealership is functional, efficient and welcoming.
After all was said and done, I received a follow up email from the General Manager, Keith Goldberg, who was so gracious and thankful for the business.

You have a great team to give a wonderful experience in purchasing a new vehicle (in this case, a beautiful 2014 Cayman)!
Sales: Randy is a friendly, knowledgeable, "no-pressure" salesman that spent a tremendous of time with my wife and I to explain all details of the new car and the options. Robert Watkins helped explain the financial options in our situation (we are semi-retired with "fixed" income). We really appreciate his patience. Mark and Adam is always there to greet us as friends. Mark: We appreciate your trust allowing us to drive the new Cayman S without any restrictions a month ago. Steve is a jewel in the service department. His knowledge and patience, It's a pleasure to know him! Alex in service is a down-to-earth mechanic that knows the complexities of Porsches. He is friendly and always does his best to make me happy when it comes to the modifications and repair.

This is the FOURTH vehicle I purchased from Rusnak. Besides the three Caymans, twenty years ago, I bought a used Nissan "Z". Thanks all for making this a "painless" and exciting experience.

From beginning to end (first finding the car on the internet to driving it home), my experience with Gary and the dealership were perfect. They made the whole experience meaningful, which is in sharp contrast to what I have typically found with other car dealerships that push you, hover over you, and turn you off.

Steve Ellis gives terrific, personal attention. He listens to my concerns and makes every effort to resolve them in the most reasonable manner. He cares deeply about giving the best service possible. I have been a big fan of Rusnak for many years - both Sales and Service. As a current Boxster owner, I stop by to look around the Rusnak lot every once in a while, and what I appreciate most is that a bunch of sales people don't run out and attack me. Gary is a top-notch professional - friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable, accessible - and can have a good laugh too. I stopped to browse and left with a brand new 911 -- and have had a smile on my face ever since. I will certainly be back, and refer my friends as well. Both Mark and Robert did everything in their power to make my experience at Rusnak a pleasant one. I was not an easy customer with many questions and a healthy distrust for car dealerships. These guys were open, honest and made me a fair deal that everyone could be happy with.
