My Review of Russ Auto Toyota Chevy & Saturn:
The worst experience so far in my 20 plus years of car buying. They are crooks and the customer service is to laugh at. Almost all promises to even get a call back after we had bought a car (which we returned) were not met. Hopefully you can read this before you vist this place. GO ELSEWHERE!

My Review of Russ Auto Toyota Chevy & Saturn:
I had a horrible buying experience with Russ Beaverton Toyota. They tried to write me a deal for a mythical car they didn't even have on the lot, rather than the one I wanted (which was, of course, $4000 lower priced than the one they wanted to sell me). Then, the reaming they attempted to give me on my trade-in was enough to make me walk away. However, and this is the kicker, when I tried to leave, my trade in, which they had said was already appraised, was suddenly being driven around by the appraiser and was nowhere to be found! It took at least 10 minutes for them to give me my keys back so I could finally leave, and the entire 10 minutes they sent assistant managers and managers out to try to badger me into staying - which was only more frustrating. If you want a pleasent, honest buying experience, I have to think there are better dealers you could talk to. I expected better from a brand like Toyota.
