My Review of Russ Darrow Group:
On both sales and service, Darrow is the WORST DEALER I've EVER done business with. Out of eight vehicles I've purchased, I've never had a worse experience than at Darrow. The Darrow dealership screws you over by promising a low ball price and then when they print up the contract, they slip in extra expenses. They offered me a trade in on my truck for a $3000 discount of the price of a new vehicle, and then they raised the base price of the vehicle that I was purchasing by the $3000 that they were supposedly giving me a discount for.

On service work, they've billed me for work that they haven't done. On warrantee work, they try to scam you into paying for it. When I had a brand new Jeep, with less than 300 miles on the vehicle, that had a faulty wiring harness that was a FACTORY DEFECT, they tried to make me pay for the rental vehicle while the new car was in their shop for three weeks to get fixed. This, in spite of the fact that I had a warrantee agreement and a service agreement with them where they had agreed in writing to pay for any car rental while my vehicle was in the shop for needed repairs.

A friend of mine had traded in a car with them a number of years ago, and Darrow had sold the car to someone else. About 3-4 years later, the new owner of the car traded the car back in to Darrow and Darrow put the car back on the lot, 3-4 years older, with more than 20,000 miles more on it and a sticker price on the car, which was a BEATER, for about $4000 MORE than what they had sold it 3-4 years earlier.

These guys are a bunch of crooks.
