My Review of Russell Mazda:
Russell Mazda of Clearwater, Florida was absolutely the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Be prepared to bring your car back at least three or four times for even the simplist maintenance job. Their Service Department technicians are amateur at best, and their Department Manager is just outright rude. Clearly they do not test drive vehicles before they return them to customers, or worse yet, they're running a bait and switch operation.

My suggestion is to stay clear of this dealership. There are too many other honest dealerships out there... Honestly, this is a shady operation.
