My Review of Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia:
I have looked at every major dealership within a 50 mile radius of my home and they were all dishonest and unreliable in their word. This dealership was honesty and did not push me into anything I did not like. They answered every question with educated detail. The Sales Rep, Mr. Ramos was very kind and caring. He took into consideration all of my wants and needs and did what had to be done to obtain my business, without being forceful or offering me "deals" I knew could not be kept. I will most certainly purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I have already referred a few of my dear friends and family to this dealership. They are outstanding, educated, and caring. I would rate them a 100 but you only allowed me a 5.

My Review of Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia:
Rusty Wallace Kia of Morristown was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had with any dealership. First I emailed Terry Talley about the Kia I found online and he was very fast in returning my email. When my husband and I went to the dealership that weekend, Terry came out and introduced us to Travis Bullman the salesman that took us on a test drive. Travis was very friendly and did not pressure us at all, unlike some of the other dealerships in our area. Travis introduced us to the general manager, Doug Needham who was also great. Doug worked with us on the price of the vehicle and was so nice. I really appreciated the fact that he treated me as the customer instead of just speaking to my husband. I have found that at most of the dealers that I have purchased other cars from, the salesmen only seemed to talk to my husband about all that "car stuff". It was so nice to be treated as the person making the decisions about MY car. So once the deal was done, we were introduced to Lisa Helton. Lisa is as nice as she is pretty. She made giving up all that money not so difficult and also was so helpful after the sale with all my questions, tag transfer and everything else about the sale (she even helped me with directions to the nearest TJ Maxx in the area! Ha! Ha!). So a big thank you to you Lisa! Once that the papers were signed, Kenny Williams did an excellent job detailing my new car! He was so busy that day getting cars ready to go. We did get to briefly meet him as he was working so hard (he needs some help or a big raise for all he does)but even though he was so busy, he had a smile on his face and was very friendly. Like I said, these people are the BEST and I will definitely return to Rusty Wallace of Morristown for my next vehicle purchase. I am glad I had is opportunity to write this review on this site because I have tried to contact Kia's main office about what a great dealership they have representing them but I have not been able to find a link to contact them directly. A huge THANK YOU to everyone that helped me at Rusty Wallace Kia of Morristown!!!!

I took my car in for the 30 day service check to make sure that the car was good and that I was happy. I am so please with how nice they treat everyone when you arrive at the dealership that I will probably drive the 80 mile trip to do my scheduled maintenance there instead of a local Kia dealership. I have recommended Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia to all my friends looking to buy a new car.

My Review of Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia:
I went to this dealership because my car had died and everyone refused to work on it because it was just a hard motor to work on. I had been looking for a car for quite a while in anticipation of my car kicking the bucket and this was going to be the first new car I've ever bought. When I went into the dealership I was not expecting to buy my car right then. The salesperson was very attentive and polite. He listened to what I wanted in a car and was committed to getting me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Everyone at the Dealership was polite, courteous, and compassionate. To make a long story short....I was very impressed with how hard the salesperson worked to make sure I got the car and the deal I wanted no matter what it took and everyone at the dealership has been great..even after the sale. I drove my car home that night and I love my Optima!! I would recommend Rusty Wallace to everyone.

The salesman was great. He was willing to work with me and try to get the best price possible. I believe that the floor manager drug out the purchasing time in an effort to get me to change my mind and purchase a new vehicle.
Purchased a great used vehicle for an awesome price!
Definitely would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Took my car in for a noise in the front end...they didn't find anything, however they did change my oil that I said I did NOT want done. I had synthetic oil done not long before. I am spouse to be happy they did not charge me for it however it still costed me 50$ due to now having regular oil. Also as I pulled out and turned my car sound like the tire is going to fall off and keeps making a very load clunking....then when I call to slpeek to them they hang up on me. This is the MOST unbelievable and unprofessional place I have ever been....
I would never ever suggest this place...no matter what!

The situation involving this review is an unfortunate one, to say the least. Confusion ensued on the customer's arrival, as he indicated he wanted his vehicle serviced. His oil was changed per his request, but he informed us at delivery that he did not want an oil change. Instead, he advised, his wheel was making a ticking sound. We removed the charge for the customer on the oil change, but he insisted that because the oil was not synthetic, we had cost him money. We then changed his oil again, this time using synthetic. (Again, at no charge). We then removed all four wheels on the vehicle and spotted a pebble that was caught near the front disc brake. We removed the pebble and returned the wheels to the vehicle. The vehicle was then road-tested, and we confirmed the issue was resolved.

The customer incurred NO charges for any of our services and was even offered a complete vehicle detail for his trouble. The customer expressed his complete satisfaction before leaving and once again the following day when we followed up with him.

The customer's wife, who at no time visited the dealership, submitted this review while we were correcting the issues for the customer. During the same phone call where the customer confirmed all was well with the vehicle, the wife insisted her comments would remain, despite her husband's satisfaction.

We wish to apologize once again for the initial confusion in this situation. We are proud to report that our Service team delivered above and beyond expectation in resolving this situation. We wish this customer (and his wife) all the best and a safe return to Connecticut!

When we entered the dealership, we were greeted by friendly employees that were willing to listen to what we wanted in a car. They didn't try to push into buying something we that we felt wasn't our taste in cars. They were very easy to work with in helping us obtain a car at an affordable deal that made all parties happy. We passed 3 other dealerships and traveled over 80 miles to specifically go to this dealership because we had heard how great they are to their customers. It was well worth the distance. I will recommend all my friends that are interested in buying a car to Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia.

My Review of Rusty Wallace Cadillac GMC Kia:
I take my Kia's to Rusty Wallace because the people are friendly and I also want a certified Kia service dept working on my cars. The work needs to be of quality to me because I hope that if I need work done they know what they are doing. I know that Rusty Wallace is that. The service is great to me because they will talk to you and make sure that everything was done that you wanted, no more no less. The price is a little high but they send me coupons and things to give me a break and I like that!
