My Review of S-Class Enterprises Inc:
Wonderful experience! These guys were so refreshing to work with - no bull, no hard-sell attitude, just a great truck (they do have cars too, but seem to specialize in trucks) at a fair price. And what unbelievably nice guys they are! When they say they care about customers after the sale, I can tell you it's true. I needed a part (just something I wanted to replace) a few days later, and gave them a call expecting nothing, but hoping for the best... they found the part I was looking for and ordered it for me!! No kidding! I didn't know these guys from Adam, or even live on LI (we made the drive from Conn), and here they were helping me.
I'm sure if you act like an ass or try to jerk them around they could be not-so-nice, but if you're an honest person looking for a fair price on a good vehicle (they do not sell junk, either), don't be afraid to make the drive. One caveat, the neighborhood you drive through is beautiful, until you turn onto their street - then it sudenly looks kinda scary (at least to me, I'm not a New Yorker), but don't just keep driving. Get out of your car and give them a chance. I'm sure the industrial park setting is what enables them to sell their stuff so resonably priced. Space is tight, but trust me - they'll get the truck/car out for you, and then stand in the road so you can pull it out into traffic for a test drive.
I know everybody's going to think I'm the owner's sister or something, but I can't think of anything bad to write - I wish I could, to make it more believable, but then it wouldn't be true. I swear to you, they even feed the stray cats - go there and see if I'm lying. Most car dealers I've dealt with would be more likely to try and milk the stray cats. We bought a one-owner 4X4 pickup (yes, we carfaxed that and knew it was true) for under $5k and it runs like a top - it even had the window sticker from the dealer the original owner had saved in the glove box. Really, don't believe me - what do I care? Just do yourself a favor and check them out before you buy anything. It was well worth the two-hour drive from Newtown, CT.
