My Review of Serramonte Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I went into this dealer to buy my first car and was totally taken advantage of and lied to. Being a female and going into this dealer alone they played me like a fool, Not only did they sell me a lemon (Brand new car in shop 1 month after purchase) it's been in the shop at least 10+ times in the 1 1/2 years I've owned it, I recently found out my car has had body damage and the whole front panel of my car had been fixed before I bought it, the dealer never discolsed this to me and since I've had 4 body shops confirm the finding and a lawsuit is pending. I bought a damaged and repaired car when I thought it was brand new from the factory. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! They really are crooks!
