My Review of SESI VOLVO:
I brought an 10 year old Volvo in for recall work and to have an oil change. The service manager I met on the first night was less than interested in helping me (he seemed more interested in his own personal issues on his cell phone). I asked for an oil change at the service desk when I dropped off the care where is a sign quoting $32.90 for an oil change. When I picked up the car they charged me $59.00 for an oil change (unbelievable). I asked why the sign said $32.90 and I was charged almost double. The same service manager approached me and explained the oil change for Volvos was higher and they told me he quoted me the $59.00 rate the night before. I argued he didn't quote me on this rate and this wasn't acceptable, competitive, or even reasonable. He didn't make any adjustments to the bill or even try to turn this sitation into a positive experience. In fact he argued the sign was only for Mercury's and Lincoln's. I asked him to show me where on the sign it showed it didn't apply to Volvos (after all the same desk is used for all car brands).

I would strongly recommend not taking your car in for service!! These guys are a rip off, their customer service sucks, and they are not interested in keeping/building a customer for life. Take your car to Sweedish Engineering - at least they understand the value in keeping a customer!!!
