My Review of STERLING MARLIN DODGE:
I have a 2005 Durango that has been nothing but trouble from day one. I can't get the thing repaired after several trips for the same repair. I currently have a rear window that will not work after six trips to be repaired. The front end had a popping sound in it for two years until I threatened to get an attorney. They kept it in the shop over this past Thanksgiving because of a radiator hose that blew out while parked in the driveway. I had to rent a car to be able to see family since they would not provide a loaner car. This car has been to the dealership three times for a gas leak and once for an electrical problem in the dash that they actually fixed on the first try to my surprise. Today is April 14th 2008 and my Durango has only 33459 miles on it. Please go to Nashville or Clarksville to get you a new Dodge!!!

My Review of STERLING MARLIN DODGE:
False information provided at time of sale, stated extended warranty not needed to be purchased because factory warranty was effective. Car broke down within 5,000 miles of purchase. Was told that sales rep was incorrect and because false information was provided and no finance person was involved in sale that car would be fixed by extended warranty. I purchased extended warranty. Received call that warranty company would not cover repairs. Dealership admitted that car was sold without safety inspection or motor insepection was completed. Refusal to fix. Legal action proceeding.
