Unfortunately SVG Dayton would be the last dealership I would recommend for acquiring a vehicle. My attempt to purchase an automobile from SVG was meet with total rejection. Every appointment to meet him was negative. I was in a crunch to obtain a car because my wife and I were in a severe accident totalling our Malibu. We had an car picked out and every attempt to test drive and view your car was rejected. Fortunately I found the same car at a Dealership in Fairfield OH and a Professional Sales Team that wanted to do business. Within a day they delivered the automobile that I picked out . It was detailed and ready to show and go. SVG will NOT be ever recommended...... If you have noticed a White Diamond Cadillac driving through your lot, that is what a satisfied customer looks like. Sold me a truck with a Shaking issue as well as Brake Sensor Problem. . I'm OTR truck Driver that put 6000 miles on truck in 9 months before I could get it to service dept. Blamed me for Not Rotating/ Balancing tires within 1st oil change , when the truck had the problem Day 1. GM recommends Rotation at 7500 miles I wasn't even at that yet. Vehicle broke down 8 days after buying it ( transmission overheating) I returned it to them and after 6 weeks of them having it, and not returning any of my phone calls. I had to walk in to the store in person to find out that they didn't know what was wrong with it and there wasn't anything they could do unless it broke down again. They said they went through all the fluids and everything checked out. I decided to double check there work and paid for a full service myself. Nothing had been changed. Transmission fluid was black and no recalls had been fixed. Its still not perfect but looks like I'm stuck with it. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR. Will never recommend them and will always steer people away when I can. More
