My Review of Saab Exchange:
I drove 200 Miles after Chris Christofsen conformed to me that the 2002 AUDI listed for sales was excellent vehicle, no accidents and clean. But when I inspected the vehicle at the dealership I was able to find paint work,engine compartment damage and body work.
The customer service at the dealership is the worst I have ever experienced. Even though I had an appointment with Chris he just did not care to show me the vehicle personally. He just left me to hang there for an hour once he realized that I was not happy with the vehicle and started to act indifferently.
In fact the very next day the dealership removed that particular vehicle listing from all web sites as well.
Beware of this dealership.This place just tried to cheat me. They need to be taught a lessson.
