From the moment my husband and I walked into the showroom we felt welcomed and were made to feel our questions were important to the sales staff. Andy was friendly, honest and easy to talk to. He worked with us to find the car that was the perfect match for me. Andy also helped facilitate the return of my current leased vehicle. Every thing went very smoothly. When we went back to sign the papers and pick up my car, the paperwork was in order and the car was perfectly prepped! Andy spent time with us showing us features of the car and setting up the bluetooth and navigation system. We had an awesome experience from start to finish with Andy and the team at Salerno-Duane. I am the proud owner of my first Infiniti. I am leasing a JX-35 and i lease a vehicle every 3 years. I had a Lexus RX 350 for the past 6 years. i am so happy with my new JX-35 and the salesmen Kevin Tonero that we dealt with when leasing this new vehicle. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and nonthreatening. At no time did I feel intimidated to purchase something that the salesperson wanted me to purchase. Rather, I felt he presented the facts and let me decide without all the high pressure sales tactics.

Well this is my third vehicle from Salerano and Duane Infiniti of Denville and once again was a great experience.
My salesperson Kyle Lyzenga was not only Friendly, But had the most knowledge of the vehicle then any salesman that I have worked with, Not only with Infiniti but any other vehicle that I have ever purchased.
On another note you also have the best service department I have ever used, Allie and Sue are the best and really work together like a Team.
With Kyle and his Knowledge with all the electronics on Infinity models and Allie and Sue in service you have a superior dealership that just cant lose. Whatever you do dont ever lose them.

90K service on my Gcoupe was done efficiently and graciously at reasonable price and included loaner vehicle. I was kept up to date on service work and car was ready when promised. Sue followed up to make sure all was okay with car. I feel like Sue/Allie are genuinely concerned about the work they do and my satisfaction with same, which to date has been great.

Don and Kevin are two of the best guys you can deal with when buying a new car. They took the time to answer every one of my questions and did not put pressure on me to buy. They were extremely patient and friendly throughout the whole process. When it came time to discuss figures they were very open and very fair. I would definitely recommend them to friends and will be buying from them again in the future.
