My Review of Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Mazda:
I just bought a new car at the Bloomington dealership and had the best experience! They were friendly, very personable and didn't make promises like other dealerships. They were straight forward and honest. They stayed late and did whatever they could to accomodate us. I live 90 miles south of Bloomington but I will drive the two hours for all my automobile needs from here on out. I think everyone should buy from Sam Leman! Thank you Keith and Craig!

We took our jeep in for service and was treated with the best care,Tom told us what we needed and what we could wait on to repair at this time. With cash a little short it is great to have a friend to go and ask for advise when we need it.If you need repair go see tom at Lemans in Bloomington he will help you.

My Review of Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Mazda:
I live in the Chicago suburbs but eventually decided to buy a new CX-9 from this Bloomington dealership. I worked with Jarod, the Internet Sales Manager, entirely over the phone. He was great, he found me the exact color and options I was looking for even though he didn't originally have it on his car lot. He gave me a better final price than the three Chicago Mazda dealerships I visited and viewed on Cars.com. Sure, I had to drive a couple hours south to sign the papers but it was worth it. A good price, no anxiety from high pressure sales techniques, and honest people made it a no brainer.

My Review of Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Mazda:
I would not recommend a Chrysler let alone a dealer that will not honor a warranty that comes with a new car. They found it extremely easy to blame the owner for poor design and workmanship of a new car, rather than fix a problem. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. I also will never buy another Chrysler product. Good looks but mechanically useless! I would have been better off buying a used moped!

My Review of Sam Leman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Mazda:
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 9/05 and I was unhappy in how I was treated. To begin with I felt that the sales person was not being honest with me. After the sale I had a couple problems and I called there cell # that they gave me and they never called me back. It was different before the sale was made as they always answered. I also was told that this used car did not have a 3/36000 warranty and when I said I wasn't interested in it anymore they said they were mistaken and it did have a warranty. after haggling with the price I then had to see the finance mgr. chris to fill out paperwork. He kept throwing a guilt trip on me about not taking the extended warranty. He also was pressuring me into taking it also. I also felt he was very unprofessional in how he handled himself. I did get a good deal moneywise at there lot however I don't think I would ever go back. I hear that roanoke dodge is a really nice dealership and that they our very honest for a small town car lot
