My Review of Sam Leman of Bloomington:
I would not recommend a Chrysler let alone a dealer that will not honor a warranty that comes with a new car. They found it extremely easy to blame the owner for poor design and workmanship of a new car, rather than fix a problem. I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. I also will never buy another Chrysler product. Good looks but mechanically useless! I would have been better off buying a used moped!

My Review of Sam Leman of Bloomington:
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 9/05 and I was unhappy in how I was treated. To begin with I felt that the sales person was not being honest with me. After the sale I had a couple problems and I called there cell # that they gave me and they never called me back. It was different before the sale was made as they always answered. I also was told that this used car did not have a 3/36000 warranty and when I said I wasn't interested in it anymore they said they were mistaken and it did have a warranty. after haggling with the price I then had to see the finance mgr. chris to fill out paperwork. He kept throwing a guilt trip on me about not taking the extended warranty. He also was pressuring me into taking it also. I also felt he was very unprofessional in how he handled himself. I did get a good deal moneywise at there lot however I don't think I would ever go back. I hear that roanoke dodge is a really nice dealership and that they our very honest for a small town car lot
