Zach did a fantastic job finding the best car for me in my price range. I love my 2011 Ford Escape. When it's time for another new car for me, I will be back. Thank you for giving me such good customer service! I qualified for 1.9 financing Ford offered and the process was easy! I will recommend Sam Pack anytime.

The whole experience was a joy. Mr. Zach French was one of the best salesman that we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Mr. Asim Ali was the top of the total car sale experience; friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. They made I and my wife feel like we were family. First of all I love my new Escape! Everyone who has seen it so far has said "wow" and that they like all of the features. My experience at this dealership was excellent and John Gerarde was great! When I first visited the dealership a few weeks ago he was the one who helped us and respected the fact that we were just looking and answered a lot of questions for us. When I decided on a vehicle he was the person we wanted to go back to. He was very helpful and friendly and took the extra time to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car even though they had been pretty busy. I would highly recommend this dealership, the Ford Escape and John to anyone interested in buying a car. Thank you so much for everything.

Sandy Staley did a great job assisting me with the sale of a new F150 truck. He found the exact truck I was looking for at another dealership and made it happen. I was pressed for time and had to wrap up the paperwork but when I got home with the vehicle I was disappointed in the prep ready condition. Just a lot of little things that were overlooked (dirt smudges , needed a better job vacuuming) little things I could easily do myself and didn't have time for the dealership to do over. I was also disappointed that this dealership does not offer free oil changes and free tire rotations as many other dealerships do but all in all if I needed to buy another Ford, I would call Sandy.

Chase did an exellent job, he was very helpfull and found the vehicle I was looking for, I went there with the intension of browsing vehicles but, his help was so great that I ended up driving away with a new vehicle, chase was very polite helpfull and actually listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, I was very please with his outstanding service , thank you chase.
