My Review of Sam Swope Honda World:
We ended up buying a CRV from Swope after being given the run around at Don Jacobs. It was worth the 70 mile drive to Louisville. The car was ready at the time we agreed on. The final price was exactly what we had agreed to over the phone. The car had been washed and detailed inside and out. The salesman personally went over everything with me in detail. And each member of the management team called me within a week to introduce themselves. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

My Review of Sam Swope Honda World:
They were supposed to have my car for one day and it turned into a week. (During that time they damaged my car and had to wait for parts to fix it.) Then even failed to repair one of the items I'd brought in in for. Took it back last week to get that fixed and the paint touched up that they'd damaged previously and they wrecked my car during a test run. All Larry could say was he was sorry! Stay away from these people. They are bad news. It's been a nightmare!

My Review of Sam Swope Honda World:
I called Larry who is the service director about the labor charged for services on my car. He told me he would refund the hazardous waste fee that was automatically applied to the bill. I wanted an explanation for the labor charges. He told me he wold talk to the technician. He did not call me back for nine days. When he did he still did not have an explanation for the charge. He said he didn't remember telling me he'd send the refund for the hazardous waste charge. Simply told me he would not refund the money. When I insisted he hung up on me. I called American Honda. Was told to get the name and number of the DPSM. He said the dealers are required to provide that information when requested. He told me to call Honda back if the dealership refused. I spoke with John who is the general manager at Sam Swope Honda World. He told me that he is not allowed to give out that information. I called American Honda again. I should hear from a case manager in 3-5 days. Stay away from Sam Swopel.
