My Review of San Bernardino Mitsubishi:
I traded in a vehicle on 2/11/07. The sale went well from what I thought. At the time of financing Ricky assured my co-signer he had gotten us the best deal and that the credit union I bank at would charge a higher interest rate. I also purchased GAP insurance and a warranty which he also assured us was the best deal we would be able to get. The following day my co-signer was told by our credit union that not only could they offer us a lower interest rate they could also get the GAP Insurance at approximately $200 less then what he had offered us. Needless to say we changed financing to our credit union. We were told they (Mitsubishi) would be sending us a refund check which we have not received to date (3/27/07). The reason we have not received the check is they have not paid off my trade in. I have been told it will be reported on my credit as 30 days late tomorrow. I have made numerous phone calls to the San Bernardino Mitsubishi and told it was taken care of. Ricky told me the check was sent overnight delivery to the finance company last Thursday, when I talked to them today they still had not received it. I then called Mr. Ball and was told they received it at 10 am this morning. After checking the tracking number for the overnight delivery service I found out the check was sent yesterday (Monday) at 4:16 pm and had not been delivered as of 4:38 pm today. I have yet to hear an apology from anyone at this dealership and in fact was told by Ricky that he was to busy to call me back but that I could call him back. I now may have something on my credit that is not within my control. I left a message for the owner and was told he received my message and have yet to get a return phone call. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
