This dealership is not being honest. They made an appointment with us to see the car even they knew the car has already sold. We drove 40 minutes to see the car only told it was sold.

My Review Of SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler:

We are new to the area and was pleasantly surprised by the dealership and employees.What an amazing place!!! We had a "recall" notice for our Ridgeline so we came to you. Everyone we came into contact with was very curtious and helpful. Mike was amazing!!! He made us feel very comfortable at the beginning and he discussed the issue that we were there for and was very gracious and understanding to all the questions we put him through, (poor guy), but he answered all questions and told us of potential issues we could encounter should they not be addressed. He was very thourough and explained every detail to us so we could understand what he wa saying. We will deffinately reccomed HIM and the Dealership to others. The next time we come back there we will request Mike.

My Review Of SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler:

Brought Honda Civic Hybrid in for normal maintenance that included 27 point vehicle inspection. Jeff Gaeta was my service provider. I never received the written results of the 27 point vehicle inspection that I was accustomed to receiving. When I asked for it, Jeff had heartedly replied, "everything checked out." When I asked for a copy of the inspection report, he seemed surprised and stated he would have to print one out. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I left without a copy of the inspection report. Jeff did not provide good customer service during my visit.

Imad did a great job for us in helping to find and purchase a certified used car. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He represents this dealership very well. This is the fourth Honda we have owned. The first we purchased from this dealership. Previously we purchased one used accord, one new accord, and one odyssey. Imad was excellent.

My Review Of SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler:

I met with Gary and Tom and bought a 2013 CRV EX AWD. The experience was pleasant and I received an excellent price for the vehicle. Additionally I received a good value for my trade-in. Every person that I met or talked with was eager to make me feel comfortable and that they wanted my experience to be memorable - and it was! I highly recommend Gary in particular and the SanTan dealership. When I'm in the market to buy again they will be my first call.

I would certainly recommend San Tan Honda to all of my friends. (I already have!) From the time we got there we were treated very good..and no pressure. Thanks to that (along with a great price too)..I drove off in my new Honda Civic and couldn't be happier! Great customer service means a lot to me..and that's what we got! Ask for Joe Hegglin..he's great!

We appreciate the friendliness of the dealership and the ease of accessing information w/regard to purchase of a new auto. Everyone who assisted us was knowlegable and interested in our understanding the sales process, selection, cost and follow-up service. We were especially pleased with Matt's help with the navigation system and the pairing of our iphones. We feel very comfortable in calling him with questions or scheduling a time that we might be able to have answers to the navigation as we become more familiar with it. Our thanks to Matt, John and Tom for this 2nd Honda purchase.

My Review Of SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler:

I came to San Tan Honda last August to buy a used Honda for my daughter. Before I came to the dealership, I looked online & was contacted by Gary Simpson. He was great - very friendly & knowledgable. I did not feel any pressure to buy. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Honda Civic from him. I told him at the time that I would be back in the future & would definitely recommend him & the dealership to my friends & family. I came home from a Thanksgiving trip to San Diego & decided I was in the market for a Honda Civic for myself. I once again contacted Gary Simpson via email & went in this past Saturday & purchased a 2012 Honda Civic. What clinched it was Gary found the color I wanted, a beautiful crimson (metallic red). I am very happy with my purchase & will once again recommend Gary & San Tan Honda to people.

My Review Of SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler:

Brought my car in on Sat 11-17-12 to have the windows re-tinted. When I picked up the car that afternoon I noticed the back seat was completely filty with tint material, the back seat and trunk was soak and wet with chemical used to removed original tint. Since I was leaving town the next morning for a week there was no time to address the issues with the service advisor.

Called Nick on Monday 11-26-12 and talked to him about the problems. I also informed him that the new tint is already blurry. Not sure if this is caused from the windows not cleaned properly prior to putting on new tint or the new tint it self is bad. I addressed that because the trunk and back seat were soaked and wet I hope none of the chemial / water got on the back speakers / sub.

Nick suggested that I called the manager Jerry to inform him what had happened. I called for Jerry but he wasn't available so I left a message for him to call me back. As of today 11-29-12, 4 days afer I left the message I have not receive any phone call from Jerry or anyone for that matter.

I had purchased 2 cars from your dealership and had great success with the sales / internet dept. I was planning on purchasing the 2013 Accord in the next few months, but this experience deffinately steer me away from this dealership. I'm very dissapointed with the lack of customer service and care.

My Review Of SanTan Honda Superstore of Chandler:

Jon Flick was one of the main reasons we purchased our vehicle from San Tan Honda. He was kind, open, and honest. Jon came in on his day off to accommodate our time limits. I researched the Honda Element and was saddened that Honda stopped manufacturing them. We still wanted one but thought that we should drive one before our purchase. Driving by San Tan Honda we noticed there was a 2008 orange and black one on the lot. We drove the vehicle and purchased it. There were other dealerships with Elements to purchase. I wanted to deal with a reputable dealership. I noticed the banners in the showroom that validated that. Kudos to Jon Flick, San Tan Honda, and all the finance personal. I have an appointment in the service department this following Wednesday for an alarm installation. Thanks so much for a memorable purchase. We will purchase from San Tan again.
