My Review Of Sandy Sansing BMW:
Sandy Sansing BMW helped restore some hope in quality service. After buying a new, 2009, BMW from a different dealer (approximately 46.2 miles away) and having it serviced at that dealer, I was very disappointed on numerous occasions for the work accomplished, attitude (thought their s??? did'nt stink)and lack of knowledge of service department (not the technicians themselves the people you give your car to), and the state the vehicle was returned to me. Based upon my experiences living in Germany for more than 11 years and dong business with car dealers and service departments there, I was appalled at the lack of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail in the service department of this other dealer.
After being fed up for more than a year and a half I tried Sandy Sansing BMW service department. It was a 180 degree differnece. The personnel didn't have a "plastic" personality nor attempt to exude a feeling that they were "above" others due to being associated with BMW. They fixed a fuel gauge problem correctly with no questions asked (the previous dealer failed to fix the problem after two seperate attempts), performed maintenance and recall issues in a timely and professionl manner, called to provide status while they had my car, returned my calls quickly with answers (unlike the other dealer), and when I picked up my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off (the other dealer, on two occasions, left grease marks on the interior of my car and one of those times it was only two weeks old).
Up until now I did not want to bring my car in the the dealer (the other one) for anything, I would even want them to change a bulb. However, I am confidnet that I can bring my car to Sandy Sanding and not have any problems or issues with the service department.
