My Review of Sansone Rt 1 Toyota Scion:
I purchased my new car about a week ago on November 1st 1009. The total process from requesting a call to getting an appointment to see the car was great. I was able to do most of it online and received a call as promised within the time frame they stated.

When I arrived at the Toyota dealership I was greated warmly and was able to talk to Pawel and we were in the lot in about 10 minutes checking out their inventory. I test drove the car and was able to have Luke and John G. evalute my trade in and talk price in a very short time. The whole process of negotiating a price was very painless and easy going. I was able to get the price, financing and paperwork done very quickly. They even offered me to be able to take the car home the same night.

I had a great experience with them and really can say I enjoyed buying my car from Sansone. Their service has been great and the staff were completely friendly and great to deal with. This is what a dealer should be like. I purchased my 2003 from another dealer in NY and the experience was the complete opposite.

Great Dealership, Sansone's Rt.1 Toyota reputation is much better than i can explain.
They made sure the monthly payments fit my salary income and gave the best possible warranty for the car for 7 years. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used car. The Dealer John G. made you feel comfortable about the sale and made sure everything fit the solution of the type of car that I needed. He was not a pushy person but a solution to the type of car that is perfect for me.

Lying bastards!!!
They will say anything to get your attention, such as promising the good price to get you back to talk to them and then playing dumb and giving responds like "I've never say that" or "I don't remember of what I say" or simply "I am just lying to you because I want you to come back"
After tried to complain about it, they told me "if you don't want to buy or can't afford it then don't waste our time. We are a big dealership, we don't care about your business"

We had previously purchased a car from this dealership and returned there recently for a new purchase. Steve Cocolicchio was polite, professional, and patient in answering all of our questions about the vehicle specs, safety, and other topics of interest. The dealership title here notwithstanding, we did not buy a Scion; we bought a different Toyota model.

Each and every member greeted me or smiled with a warm nice welcome as if I was home. With everyone willing to offer a hand, Zihad Majeed was very helpful. Not only Zihad, but Oscar was a great assistance to the whole deal. They met my needs, and reinsured my trust with Toyota. I've been with Toyota in which I bought my first Yaris from there. I must say, "They have the best customer service out." Glen couldn't have been any better than closing out the deal with a huge smile on me and my girlfriends face. Thanks to you guys, that'll put a new spark in our relationship. Thank you Sansone! :)

i just wanted to say that my experience at sansone toyota was awesome.the people there was very polite.very professional and they worked relentlessy for hours to help me.from my original salesperson robert all the way to john bellas.and i end up walking out of there a very happy person with a car i love.so i highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car.i went to 3 other dealers that the people there were rude,liars and very unprofessional.i will be back there at sansone in the future to purchase my next car.

My overall experience with this dealship was a superb one. I have been looking for a car for roughly a month now and have not been satisfied with other dealerships. The moment I walked in the door at Sansone, I was greeted by the guys on the floor. They made me feel like I "belonged" there, something I cant say about some of the other dealships I have visited. My salesman, Gaetano, was one of the nicest people I have met in this industry. He answered every question I had with knowledge. His manager John was just the same. The both of them made my experience at Sansone a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone on the market shopping for a vehicle.

super fast service and the lowest price anywhere....got my best price from the internet and other dealers and just one call to sansone 1 and that price was beat ..without any questions ... got to dealer at 2:30 left with a new car at 3:30 with a full tank of gas

Everyone at Sansone was extremely professional and helpful. All aspects of the sales process was fully explained. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Nobody was pushy and there was a choice of vehicles in stock. Our experience at Sansone was pleasureable. And, we certainly didn't expect to drive our "new" vehicle home that same day.

Not only have we already recommended the dealership to others, but when we are ready for another vehicle we will certainly check out Sansone first.
