My Review of Santa Cruz Nissan Dodge VW:
Absolutely the worst dealership of all time. Failed to tighten oil drain plug, failed to completely fill auto transmission when replacing fluid causing major vehicle malfuntion at freeway speeds. Failed to fix windshield washers (I finally replaced back flow check valve myself and problem was fixed after they charged me $130 to clear clogs that were not the problem). Failed to be able to fix heat system, and in the winter my vehicle is freezing cold as well as my family in it. Finally took it to another dealer in Watsonville, and they found the problem (heater core) and fixed it. The service reps are totally unhelpfull and unwilling to follow through on fixing problems or giving any extra effort whatsoever, this is especially true of Brian who seems more apt to being a bar bouncer than a service rep. <br><br>Never do business with these people. Crooks.
