Very friendly customer service. Easy to schedule. Eric takes time to answer my questions without bein g condescending like some organizations.

Price is high for comparable service at a shop that is not a dealership.

Everytime I need to come in for service, I get an appointment within only a day or two, most of the time, the next day. They are always so friendly and accomodating. A car dealership is one of those places you would not be surprised to get less than great service, but time and time again, I am blown away by how helpful and informative the service is. The other day, a piece came off the back window wiper, but I did not notice until a few days after my service appointment. When I called to inquire whether or not they thought it could have come off during the service, Branden was quick to take care of it. After looking in the shop, he ordered me a new part without a second thought. I realize that this piece could have fallen off elsewhere, or been tampered with out on the street, and it would have been just as easy to charge me for the replacement part instead of taking care of it. That kind of customer care is what will continue to bring me back for the long term, and I will always go out of my way to recommend this dealership and service department to others. Thanks!

Everybody we have dealt with at the dealership has been very friendly, both before we bought the car and afterwards, at the first service. The salesman was very low pressure and cooperative. We took a test drive, took our time during the testdrive, and then left, all without anybody pushing us to buy the car. We came back, bought the car at a reasonable price, and it was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. On the first service, the Service department was on time, and performed the job quickly. I have no complaints at all about this dealership.

Santa Cruz Superstore has the best customer service in town, I worked with Scott and Eric, who were both exceptionally helpful. They always ensure your car back within a timely manner and they even clean it for you!

I brought my car in for a 60,00 miles service even though I only have 23,00 miles on it but it has been 5+ years since I bought it. Nobody questioned me about the service (read: treated me like I was crazy) in fact Brent understood exactly why I brought it in for service.

The drivers were great and got me to and from work on time.

The car is in great shape, everything checked out and Brent went over the bill with me and pointed out anything that might need service sooner rather than later. I was impressed with the service.

From the moment when Jeff Wallace started to show me cars I knew I had picked the right dealership. Everyone Jeff, Mike Russo, and Scott were helpful and worked to get me the car that I needed and the financing that would make it work. This is the dealership that gives buying a car that "oh so wonderful experience".

I had been having a problem with back lights. The symbol on the dash would go on and off. This made it difficult to know which light was out. The first time I came and talked about what was going on I was given an appointment. When I came in the symbol was out. Scott who was my salesman when I brought the car was outside when I pulled up. We talked about the light problem. He went in and talked with service and it was decided that the next time the symbol came on to leave the car running and check all lights. I was in town when it happened again so I drove to your service department. I told Eric what was happening and he had the service department fix the problem immediatly. I didn't have to return with a appointment. I would have made a appointment but Eric just made sure it was done now. I had 2 lights out. Eric and Scott did a great job taking care of my situation. Great customer service! And my car had been washed. That was a nice surprise.
