My Review of Saturn North:
They were wonderful! After my first visit I was not inundated with phone calls or follow ups...they were very respectful. They didn't push me. They also didn't ask for my credit info until I was ready to seal the deal. Saturn in general is just the best place out there in terms of service. These guys were even better than the first people I dealt with at Saturn 11 years ago...

My Review of Saturn North:
We went to this dealership looking to possibly trade in our SUV for a lesser priced car in an effort to reduce our monthly payments. We explained this in detail to the saleswoman who attended us (who coincidently used to work at a Honda dealership that we also rated poorly). Admittingly, our situation was challenging, but by no means unresolvable. Rather than helping us research viable options, she remained very negative and made it clear to us that our issue would require too much effort to resolve. When challenged on this, she provided explanations that were inaccurate as we found another dealership was able to assist us with minimal effort.<br><br>If you value customer service as part of your car buying experience, then avoid this Saturn dealership.
