They have a very good locaton. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Donna gave me everything I asked for, pricing, product knowledge, competative make comparisons were excellent. Their website is the best that I've seen from any dealership. The operator is excellent.

My Review of Saturn of Alexandria:
I recently went to the Saturn of Alexandria (also houses GMC, Buick, Chevy) for a VA State Inspection. (I've gone to a Saturn deadlership for all of my work since I purchased the car in 2001. This was my first trip to this dealer.) As I was being signed in I was told by my service advisor, Richard Mayo, how bad of a day he had the day before. After waiting for two hours I was told that my car failed inspection because of a broken part which they would order and to come back. After an hour, I was able to leave. I arrived back at the dealership two days later (after the part had arrived the day before) and after 1.5 hours I inquired about my car. After a lengthy wait I was told that the wrong part was ordered. Needless to say I was upset and inquired as to why I had been waiting for 1.5 hours if they couldn't fix my car. I asked Richard if I could go to another dealership to fix my car and he stated that I needed to come back to Alexandria. I left there without an appointment and said that Richard needed to call me after the right part had arrived. After getting to work I called my old dealership (Saturn of Fairfax) where I had also had good service. (I changed because I recently moved.) They stated I could come to Fairfax, have a new state inspection, and they would fix the car. I did that this morning and had a great experience. Come to find out Saturn of Alexandria lied about the broken part. While I was also at Saturn of Alexandria twice last week there were people all around me waiting for 2+ hours for oil changes. BEWARE!

My Review of Saturn of Alexandria:
They sold me a damaged 'new' car, screwed up the payoff of my trade (I'm still paying for the car I traded in, even though it was 'paid off'). Finally, after contacting corporate Saturn I got a replacement car, but.... They have lied, cheated and more. Why bother buying from these people. I've owned several Saturns to date, but never again. These people are truly awful.
