My Review of Saturn of Cerritos:
Rude and obnoxious. Service department seems to be unaware of what it says in the Saturn service manual for the vehicle. Overall lacking in customer service skills. I would personally advise against getting your vehicle serviced at this dealership and I am regretting having purchased a verhicle from this dealer: The vehicle from new performed excellently until it was serviced at this dealership and now components randomly fail - sometimes even before I drive it away. I have heard similar stories from other people who have their car serviced at this place.
