My Review of Saturn of Danvers:
Ed is your stereotypical greasy car salesman. He does not listen to you and dismisses any questions or concerns that you voice to him. I bought a car from him, despite this very unpleasant experience. When I brought a family member to the dealership who was looking for a car, they told me that we had to deal with Ed because he was "my salesman", even though I told them I'd much prefer to deal with someone else. Needless to say, we had the same experience with Ed and ended up going to another dealership because once again Ed was pushing the hard sale and not listening to what my family member was looking for. I've also had multiple experiences with their service department trying to push for repairs that aren't needed. I have to say that this is one of the worst car dealerships I've ever dealt with.
