George was very friendly and made the buying process easy. He answered all questions and double checked any information we needed. Dennis in Finance was equally easy to work with and he didn't pressur eus into anything we didn't want. Mike, the sales manager stepped right in when we had questions. It was a great experience all around!

Friendly, courteous service by all employees. I purchased an extremely good quality vehicle for a reasonable price based on the honest and helpful information provided to me by all of the employees I worked with. I was also extremely happy to have been able to drive off the lot with my newly purchased vehicle completely tagged and titled without having to make an additional trip to the MVA.

I was looking for a dependable used car when my Corolla died. I found one online I really liked in my price range but when the dealer tried to locate it, we discovered it was out as a loaner. This dealership got the car back in HOURS for me to test drive that afternoon. They helped me with loan applications and made the entire process painless. We had such great customer service, my fiance decided to trade in his muscle car for a brand new Saturn as well. Mike Hayes: nicest "new guy" salesmen I have had the honor of dealing with and Mike Mazak: a great sales manager who will guarantee the customer is completely satisfied.

My Review of Saturn of Ellicott City:
The dealership was very friendly and very helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me. They went out of there way to make sure I got what I wanted and got it in the price range I was looking to spend while still getting the total package I wanted. The only issue I had was sometimes the prices they gave me were mis-quoted and so when I applied for a loan I applied for less then what the actual total cost was because I applied based off the price they told me the out the door cost would be with everything. This made it so I had to re-do loan applications through my bank many times and spend a lot of time on the phone with my bank explaining why I was 1000 or whatever short on my request. The mistake was very honest mistake and it would not stop me from going back there again to deal with Michael Hayes and Michael Mazak because they put in so much effort to make sure I got a fair trade in value for my vehicle and everything I was looking for in my new car. They did everything they could to make sure I was happy and that I got what I wanted and more importantly in the price range I needed to be in. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The finance guy was extremely efficient and made the signing of paperwork very fast and easy with no headaches.

My Review of Saturn of Ellicott City:
In the midst of the Cash for Clunkers frenzy, I canvassed local dealerships looking for a small SUV. My current vehicle, which required major repairs, did not meet the clunker specifications. I had little success getting many salespersons to take me seriously and none had time to work with me to narrow down my choices. After the frenzy subsided, inventories were sparse for the type of vehicle I sought. I was told that things were tough all over and that I would have to choose from what was available and to make my choice quickly before what was left disappeared.

Then I entered the Saturn of Ellicott City dealership, expecting to hear more of the same and to experience similar indifference by the sales staff. Much to my surprise and delight, I encountered the sales experience of a lifetime with Christopher White! After sitting me down,listening to my story,and identifying my needs, Chris made some suggestions of models and took me on the most comprehensive test drive I have ever encountered! I felt that I understood every quality feature of the Saturn Vue and had tested those features thoroughly on both major highways and secondary roads.

My decision to buy the 2009 Saturn Vue XR was based on finding a quality product in a friendly environment, represented by a sales associate who listened to me and more than met my requirements. Christopher then made that purchase one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. He followed through with the purchase process completely and had the vehicle waiting for me when I arrived a few days later.

The financial aspects of the sale were handled quickly and efficiently, by Dennis Szarko. The details of financing were presented so logically and completely, that I felt I left the dealership with a clear understanding of the entire transaction.

Many thanks to Chris for matching me up well with a vehicle I thoroughly enjoy driving and with which I feel completely safe and confident.

Hats off to Dennis for reducing the complexities of financing down to an understandable level for the average car buyer.

I recommend this dealership to anyone who desires the best possible total experience when purchasing a vehicle. The friendliness and family-like atmosphere are just icing on the cake.

Every employee we dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. Our salesman, Michael, could not have done more to make the process easier. We bought floor mats after the sale and he insisted on installing them himself. We shopped several dealers of different makes and none were nearly as good to work with or as price competitive. We also dealt with the parts department to buy floor mat, and they too were fantastic.

Overall the car trading/buying experience was great! It took a week of research with prices, vehicles, and finances to make it work but Michael Hayes as well as the rest of the team at Saturn of Ellicott City did everything within their power to get me in the vehicle that I wanted without the unaffordable payments. The paperwork process was painless and the team even stayed late to make sure my new vehicle was cleaned up beautifully and that the vehicle was everything I expected.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
