My Review of Saturn of Glen Burnie:
This dealership is outstanding. This is the 7th car we have purchased from this dealership. Charles did everything he possibly could do make us comfortable and happy with our choice. He was so patient with my selection of "this one no that one no maybe that one". Kim has always treated us with upmost respect. She moves thru the signing of documents with ease and knowledge of every paper we signed. We love Saturn of Glen Burnie and the squirrel too.

My Review of Saturn of Glen Burnie:
My wife and I had a very satifying car buying experience with John Myers of Saturn of Glen Burnie, Maryland. He was throughly knowledgeable about the Sky Roaster I
purchased, discussed all aspects of the new vehicle, he and I took a road test and
he explained all the features and functions of the new car and patiently answered all
our questions. I felt that he really listened to us and I truly believe that your
company has an outstanding salesman in the person of John Myers, of course, and all the other sales representatives. This is my third Saturn purchase from Saturn of
Glen Burnie so I have had opportunity to see other sales representatives "in action"
with customers. It is quite easy to write a "review" when the person you are discussing is so thoroughly competent as John Myers!
My outstanding rating is because of all the above points I included. If I were a
teacher I would have given him an "A" for excellent for his presentation.

Kim White was the financial wizard that assisted us in writing up the contract and
she was outstanding in her knonwledge of all the points presented and she took such
care to explain all the options I could select if I so desired. We both felt so
"at ease" with Ms. White and felt quite comfortable with all the options we selected
from her presentation. It is quite exhausting, we feel, to go through the purchasing
of a new vehicle and Kim was so elegant and professional . We ended up at
9:40 with the contract signing and I apprecated, as did my wife, the time and
attention of details that Kim gave us. The same, as I said, can be said for
John Myers.


Thank you for all the other members of the Saturn team at Saturn of Glen Burnie
who also made us feel "special" and valued!

I had a very positive experience while at the Saturn dealership. Charles Anene was a very good salesperson. He took me to test drive the vehicle and showed me the various features that the car had to offer. Additionally he made sure that I was completely satisfied with the product that I was going to purchase. The financial consultant made my buying experience pleasant as well. This was my first experience buying a car and she thoroughly explained my payment options and the warranties offered with the vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend Saturn of Glen Burnie to others.

I purchased a 1994 Saturn which lasted for 15 years and over 200,000 miles; it was a great car, and I decided to get another for that reason; also, I found that your service dept. and sales people were courteous and honest. That is why I can recommend Saturn of Glen Burnie.

John Dewitt is by far the most pleasant car salesperson that I have ever had. He comes highly recommended. Also Kim in the financial dept. went out of her way with John to take care of a workorder on my old car. Which they did not have to do. I would and have recommended salesperson and this dealership to many of my patients.

My Review of Saturn of Glen Burnie:
I gave the rating I did, because I was treated with nothing but the ut most respect and kindness possible. I have had some hardships in my past but for the first time someone stood up for me and what I needed.
Ms. White is so very kind and so Is Mr. Cornitcher who took his time to explain everyting to me. Ms. White also did the same. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I have now bought 3 cars from John Dewitt, and he has always been great to deal with. He is helpful, informed, and never tries to push anything on you. Both John and Kim keep you at ease when you are doing business with them. John is the only car salesman that I have actually remembered and talked to after I made a purchase.

I felt compelled to write a review because great customer service is hard to find. They were professional, courteous, honest and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend David Kearns and Saturn Mile One to anyone looking for a vehicle. Buying a car is an expensive endeavor and it was made so much easier working with them.

The employees were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. Ms. Friend was very helpful in answering our questions. The friendliness of the staff couldn't be beat anywhere else we visited. The only complaint is the amount of time it took to get through the paperwork but it was worth it. We were very satisfied with the customer service and overall experience with Saturn.

Even though I did not purchase a car from David at this time, he provided me with top notch customer service from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left. The next time I buy a new car if at all possible it will be from David Kearns. He listened to the concerns of my wife and I and was extremely knowledgable without trying to pressure us into any hasty decisions. He was the model salesman and we give his customer service an A+. We love Saturn vehicles and the customer service we received at Saturn of Glen Burnie via David Kearns.
