My Review of Saturn of Hyannis:
I have to agree with Jammer I had almost the exact same experience. Bought a car, had SEVERAL maintenance issues come up that they refused to fix. Never returned my phone calls. Have filed a complaint every where I could about it. They falsely advertise prices & specials. In doing so, discovered the car they sold me was a former rental...oh yea it's against MA state law to not disclose that fact on the bill of sale. Jeff Lasher has been rude and condesending during the whole experience and in my research I found out he has only been the manager a few months prior to that he was with Crabtree South in Plantation, FL and Crabtree in Shelton CT. Look up their records, and you'll see where this once wonderful dealership (Saturn of Hyannis) is going to end up.

My Review of Saturn of Hyannis:
Bought a used car from the dealership and was happy with the car and price at first but discovered a few defects over the course of my first few days with the car. Not only had they not disclosed the problems but obviously found an inspection station that would pass a couple severe safety issues. They did not return my phone calls so I went back to the dealership to confront them about the major problem and I left feeling that the problem would be resolved but still, no call-backs.

Very shady dealership with no customer satisfaction in mind. Buying my first used car, I felt comfortable getting it from a dealership but regret being so naive and would undo it if I could. I would recommend you stay away from this place and those like it.
