We ordered some replacement hatchback struts for our 2000 Saturn LW2. Brian Ray sent us an e-mail asking about our shipping preference and the struts were sent promptly and arrived in good condition. However, we had no idea how to install them and were thinking that we would have to have them installed by a local garage. We asked Mr. Ray if he could send us some instructions. He replied that no pre-printed instructions were available, but he wrote out clear, detailed instructions in his reply e-mail. We followed these and the installation come off without a hitch. We are retired and have a limited budget, so we really appreciate Mr. Ray "going the extra mile" and saving us the installation cost.
