I purched a 2008 Mazda6 from Wayne Wayne he was a great person to deal with. I would recomnd my friends and my family to buy a car from Saturn. He was kind and a helpfull gentalman in buying a car for my son. My son is enjoying his Mazda6 on the road.

My Review of Saturn of Owings Mills:
I recently purchased my second Saturn from this Dealership. While looking for a new vehicle, I received a letter from Wayne Rhodes telling me about the great deals Saturn was offering. While visiting the showcase and when asked my name, he instantly knew all everything. I was able to purchase a great vehicle, at a great price. Wayne treated me like family and greets me the same whenever I stop at the Dealership. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car. He works with you from start until finish and he sent me a thank you card. I also receive monthly emails on how I am doing. I would like to thank Mr. Wayne Rhodes for treating me and my need for a vehicle personal instead of just a commission.

My Review of Saturn of Owings Mills:
we are pleased with our purchase of our saturn vue from saturn of owings mills.we are completly satisfied with salesman wayne rhodes and manager brian.wayne and brian worked with us to help us with our situation.we were in the process of refinancing our mortgage to allow us to have some money toward a downpayment. during the refinance process i was unable to go forward &the buying of the vue until the refinance was done so as to keep our credit score up enough to get a decent interest rate. while waiting for about 3 weeks we found that we were turned down.wayne&brian worked with us to help hold the vue &use a small downpayment to hold the vehicle we wanted while we retried the refinance with another lender.after another few weeks we were finally able to get the downpayment we wanted to use .during this waiting period wayne& brian kept in touch&asked if there was anything they could do for us.instead of just putting us off thinking we were giving them the run around .when we were finally about to get the vue,wayne was outstanding at explaining things to us since this was the first time we bought a new vehicle in quite some time.we are completely satisfied with our service.we were pleased with how smoothly things went with the process,and recommend saturn of owingsmills to anyone looking for a saturn.also ask for wayne rhodes salesman.

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Saturn, This was a very pleasurable experience and would highly recommend the dealership and especially Sales Consultant Wayne Rhodes for going above and beyond normal customer service. My time away from work is very limited and Wayne was able to provide me with all the information I requested by E-mail and fax making this purchase very easy. My Review of Saturn of Owings Mills:
My wife and I just purchased our 4th Saturn from this dealership. Virtually every experience to date has been great. Our current sales person, Wayne and his manager, Brian went beyond good customer service in locating a vehicle for us and in making sure that we were kept in the loop the entire time. Our demands were pretty specific and we know it was difficult for them to find a car that met our needs. But they did and we are very happy with the choice we made.Additionally, we have been bringing our Saturns to this dealership for service over the course of the last 17 years and Ricky, Victor and the rest of the service team have been the best. We really feel that our vehicles are completely taken care of.Overall, recommending this dealership is a no-brainer. As long as we own Saturns, we will be coming here.

My Review of Saturn of Owings Mills:
I recently had a great experience at this Saturn dealership. My Sales
Consultant was Mr. Wayne Rhodes. This is one of many good experiences I
have had at Saturn. I owned my previous car for 11 years and have no
complaints thanks to the good service provided. When it came time for my
recent trade in, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. It was then that
we (my husband too) met Wayne. He was very friendly, courteous, and
helpful. He answered all questions, and we had a few good laughs during
the entire process that day!! I took 2 vehicles out for a test drive,
and felt comfortable. Thank you, Wayne, for everything. I know you will
be here for us in the future.
Car buying can be something that one DREADS!! But, that has not been my
experience at Saturn of Owings Mills. This is my second car purchase,
and I would not be back if it were not for the many friendly, kind
employees I have met. I would gladly send my friends and family here.
Thank you everyone, and keep up the smiles and good work. My husband
also owns a Saturn and is very pleased.

This is my third Saturn I have brought from this dealer. I have worked with both of the Tony's, Ricky, Victor and a host of other great employees that has made my car buying experience a delight. Everyone I have worked with has always had an A+ attitude. These guys in this dealer is great because they know the meaning of how to satify a customer. They do what ever they can to make that car buying experince the best. If you want to work with people who are fun, friendly and has great customer service this dealership is where you need to be. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!! I didn't believe that buying a car could be this easy or fun. Both Tony's were very polite and walked me through the sales process without any pressure or tricks. I didn't believe what I'd heard about no haggle, and no sales gimicks, but they proved me wrong. I have bought many veicles, but this was the most pleasant experience. I would strongly recomend Saturn of Owings Mills and both Tony's to anyone looking to get a great car and a great experience
