My Review of Saturn of Rivergate:
I purchased the car in November 2003 with a 3,000/3 month warantee. The car broke down in February 2004. I told Saturn I was over 3,000 miles, but had the car less than 3 months. They told me to tow the car to their dealership and they would see what they could do. They did not cover any of the repair and charged me $1,200. One month later, the car engine completely went out. They will not stand behind their repair or their service. I am out the $7,900 I paid for the car in November and do not have a vehicle that is worth anything. If you want good service and a reliable vehicle, do not use this dealership.
