Would you recommend this dealership? Yes, yes, a thousand times, yes! I have never felt pressured to have work done, they take the time to fully explain EVERYTHING to me so that I can make an informed decision. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from these guys...they're wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. Kudos!

My Review of Saturn of Rochester:
Never took advantage of my ignorance about repairs. When appropriate would recommend deferring repairs or alternate solutions. Twice during ownership had brakes begin pulsating before they should be worn. Both times they covered ALL costs of repairs - including pads. Once I requested air conditioner upgrade to EPA compliant non-freon and they recommended we don't do anything until the A/C needed servicing.
