My Review of Saturn of Roswell:
The dealership experience was horrible. They are the cheapest of cheapskates out there. Having told me that they would detail my car and fill up the gas tank on delivery date, THEY DID NEITHER! Took the check from the bank the other day and asked for a courtesy car wash in their service center ... which was promptly declined. The dealership is a sad place with practically no customers there ... only reason i even ventured there was they were offering a good price on the vehicle i bought. The finance manager was particularly ill-mannered and definitely needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I will not be surprised if this dealership goes down by this time next year.
