My Review of Saturn of Santa Ana:
I have an 2004 Ion that has been in that shop every 4 months with one problem or another and no solution. The entire service department is rude and unhelpful. I have complained to the 800 number and all they do is change the people out and put more rude people in. Saturn is suppose to have the best customer service but is has been the oppisite for us since the first service for the car. We will never ever by a GM vehicle again.

My Review of Saturn of Santa Ana:
Overall, a great disapointment. My Saturn had a lot of problems and the dealer got more rude every time I brought it in, until they finaly diagnosed my last problem without opening the hood or even turing the car on. Their diagonsis was wrong of course. I was so frustrated with the car and the dealer I drove across the street and traded it in for a Volkswagon.
