My Review of Saturn of Silver Spring:
I love the guys there. They are straight forward and honest, never beat around the bush. The tech's will come out and speak to you and take care of you. Usually, they can do same day appointments which is GREAT for my very busy schedule. I only buy Saturn's because I really appreciate the service I receive at Saturn dealers like this one. Thank you Saturn of Silver Spring!!!

My Review of Saturn of Silver Spring:
This dealer is the worst that I have dealt with. The service manager and the assistant service manager are idiots. They are very disrespectful to women. I have caught them in lies. When a airbag light came on in my new Saturn they told me it is safe to drive. They owners manual says it is not safe to drive. There is nothing worse than having problems with a new vehicle and when you take it in for servicing they treat you like garbage. There is nothing I HATE WORSE THAN DEALING WITH A THIEF AND A LIAR. Do not go to this dealer!!! I will not give my hard earned money to liars and disrespectful morons. Never have I worked there and no relatives of mine are employees there.

My Review of Saturn of Silver Spring:
I highly recommend going somewhere else to have your car repaired. They broke my headlight, claimed that it was already broken when the car went in (which it was not when I looked at it only a few months earlier), and performed a half-assed repair job that quickly fell apart and deformed the bumper on my car. When I requested a refund for the botched repair, I was told that I would only get a $50 credit if I took the car in to them and paid to get the headlight replaced.

My Review of Saturn of Silver Spring:
A great place for service on my Saturn. They take care to do the job right the first time, and check for any other service I need. The prices are reasonable, and the service manager, Joe Diss, is very knowledgeable and comptetent and deals fairly with his customers. I have been very pleased with Saturn of Silver Spring (Maryland) and recommend them highly.
