My Review of Saturn of Tempe:
The customer service here is amazing. Even though I didn't buy a car with them (YET) they are my go-to dealership. I am a 23 year old first time buyer with not great credit but I didn't feel less qualified at this dealership. I walked the lot with a friend and the dealers were friendly and allowed me to walk the lot without a "chaperon". When I was ready, I quickly found a dealer to help me. I came back the next day with more time on my hands and began looking at financing. The dealers (Josh and Steven) were very friendly and understood my financial situation. They let me know that financing is not easy at this time but they will do everything they can to help me. Two equally friendly people from the financing dept helped me and made me feel like an important buyer who deserves an equal shot at getting a good car, regardless of my age. After looking at numbers, I decided to wait for a car a little bit more in my price range. After going to a few other dealers and being treated like a child, I realized that Saturn dealers are respectful. One of the saturn dealers called me a few days later to let me know that he will keep an eye out for a car more suitable for my financial abilities --- I found that to be highly appreciative. Yesterday I went back to saturn to ask a few questions and a dealer I never met recognized me and greeted me personally. I asked him how he knew me and he replied, "I looked at your paperwork to see if I saw any way to help." Now that is what I call a great dealership... and you can be sure I will be buying from them when I am ready.
