My Review of Saturn of Tulsa:
I took my Saturn Vue in 3 times for a mysterious rattle coming from the front end when going 30 miles an hour or lower on bumpy roads. The 3rd time I left it there for 5 days thinking they would surely get to the bottom of it. They called and told me they had found it and fixed it. Needless to say, it's not fixed. I would rather they tell me the truth....that they just can't find it- than to be untruthful. We have to drive about 30 miles round trip everytime we take it in, so I have just given up. If they would not lie I would give them a perfect score in the service dept. because otherwise they have been excellent and go out of their way to treat customer w/respect. We were going to buy another Saturn Vue, but probably won't now. The one I have has only 23,000 miles on it and already rattling in front end.
