My Review of Saturn of West Sahara:
I was tired of going to the different dealers so I tried a new system. I found them by searching for the vechicle that I wanted on cars.com. I found the vechicle that I was interested in and sent them an e-mail offer. They called back and told me that they accepted my offer. I then went and inspected the vechicle and talked to the salesman, nothing changed. The price that I offered was honored and that's what I paid out the door. I also had a full tank of gas included in the deal. The next day my lights were flickering and I brought it back. They found a weak battery and replaced it for free. I could not expected or received any better service. Usually to buy a car it is such a horriable experience but for sales guys these guys treated me with the way that I expected to be treated. I would sent my mother there.

My Review of Saturn of West Sahara:
The salesman misrepresented the situation regarding my trade-in and advised me to have it "Voluntarily Reposessed," assuring me that I'd have no balance due to the bank if I did so. I spoke with my bank and they informed me that was not true. I went back to the dealership to have them re-write my deal to include my trade and it proved to be very difficult. Not only did my husband and I wait nearly 3 hours just to be spoken to, it took another 2 hours for them to tell us we'd have to come back the next day because the people that needed to be there to help us had already gone home. If they'd addressed the situation when we first arrived at 2:30 we would have been able to complete the new paperwork on our first visit back.

My Review of Saturn of West Sahara:
Purchased my 5th Saturn here. I will never buy a Saturn again because of them. They take dishonesty to a whole new level. Wouldn't honor Certified Guarantee, are rude and use profanity with customers. I still have one Saturn, a bright yellow 2001, but will not go to the dealer for service as long as I live in Vegas. Findlay owns both dealerships!

My Review of Saturn of West Sahara:
Due to the excellent customer service I experienced when getting my 1994 Saturn (which I bought used--from a Toyota dealership in Nevada) serviced for a product recall--I purchased a new Saturn Vue in Oct. 2003. EVERYONE in that facility has always been phenomenal. I've stopped by to get an air cap for my tire and they've noticed my car was dirty and gave me a free car wash! I stopped another time to ask a question...and they insisted on my taking advantage of the Saturday lunch they offered...and asked me to stop by any Saturday to eat! They've always listened and responded positively to all concerns. They're number one in my book and I tell everyone I meet to go to Saturn of West Sahara if they're in Las Vegas...GOOD JOB!
