My Review of Saturn of White Plains:
Buying was easy. Service on this car had been a nightmare. Work not done in time promised...work not done at ALL...car taken back multiple times with same problem(s). People are generally polite, but not too helpful. No experience in my life has been as frustrating as this one. There are 3 Saturn owners in my family...two of us purchased from this dealer. Both of us had every intention of trading our cars in with same dealer...about now. As is, this dealer has lost at least two and probably three new sales cause in my view they're great at selling but awful at fixing what they were SOOO happy to sell.
