Saturn of York Road in Towson, MD has been a wonderful dealership. Our first Saturn was sold and serviced at York Rd. for 12 years and is still performing well and dependably on the road. We are enjoying our '08 Aura purchased summer '08. Tom Miller and every member of the sales and service staff could not have been more helpful in completing our sale.
We recommend Saturn of York Road at every opportunity.

This was by far the most painless car purchase I have ever had. The salesman (Dan O'Neil) knew the vehicle and was great to deal with. Even going through the financing process was painless...
I'm quite happy with the car and I've already recommended to a few people that this is the place to go to get a new ride...

My Review of Saturn of York Road:
I gave this dealership an overall rating of 5. They had great customer service. There were problems with financing the vehicle and registration and also the vehicle itself had some minor problems. The sales person helped me a great deal with all my problems and was very polite and eager to do business with me. I appreciate the constant communication and dedication to the sale that Dan O'neil expressed. I also like the fact that I got a great price on the vehicle and the dealership was able to meet my financial needs.

My Review of Saturn of York Road:
We have been Saturn customers since 1996 and have always received excellent service from everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Most recently we purchased a new 2008 Aura from Patricia Broady. Her customer service and product knowledge were incredible and factored in our decision to make our purchase. She was very personable and professional and even impressed our six year old son who spoke highly of "Miss Patricia" even after we had our vehicle for a couple of days. Patricia Broady is part of the reason that we will be looking forward to returning to Saturn for future purchases.

My Review of Saturn of York Road:
They made purchasing my new Vue easy. I didn't feel like I was talked into anything that I didn't want and it was nice to not have to negotiate a price since they sell for the sticker price.
The sales guy went over everything on the car and made sure I knew how to work the important stuff.
I felt like everything was presented up front and will be returning to buy my next car from them!
