We had to take our new truck back to the dealer 3 times during the first 2 weeks we owned it because of lack of attention to detail on the part of the service department. On another occasion. I had to take the truck in for service with out my husband and I was questioned several times if I was the owner of the truck. As if I would bring the thing in and deal with these people if it wasn't my truck!! The people in the service department acted as if my money wasn't as green as a man's or something. Little do they know I am the one who makes the monthly payment. I can promise that I will never ever purchase another vehicle from this dealer and I will try to deter anyone I know from making the same mistake we did in buying from this dealer!!
