My Review of Schaller Acura:
Recently I test drove and made an offer on an Acura MDX. The sales manager and I went back and forth about the price before finally agreeing to one. On the day that we agreed, I spoke to the sales manager and told him I was "very interested" and would be coming to the dealership that evening. I then called back and got his voicemail where I left a message asking if he wanted my credit card number to hold the car. I never got a call back. I arrived at the dealership (after driving over an hour) to pay for the car only to find that he was in the process of selling it to someone else for more money. The dealership gave no courtesy call even though they knew I was traveling far and we had AGREED on a price. They even tried to sell me an almost identical car for $800 more. This was a very unprofessional and sneaky/shady thing to do.

My Review of Schaller Acura:
We have always used Schaller for purchase and service. They have exceptional sales and service over the years.

However, this past year they have failed to fix things indicated, David was rude (the so- called service manager), and the problem is still unresolved on a new 2008 tls which is a surprise from a car company with the price structure associated with these cars.I hope this is not the direction this company is turning.

My Review of Schaller Acura:
Very low pressure dealership. I went on a test drive and didn't get beat up. I explained that I was putting the TSX on the short list. I haven't bought the car yet, but will probably buy here. It's also an hour away from home but I like this dealer far better than the one in Milford, CT (pricing is way too high!)

My Review of Schaller Acura:
me and my wife walked in looking at an rdx, the sales person we dealt with was Rob Horton very pleasen experience, i told him im not ready to by now but 2mnth later, he offered us a test drive and gave me a very good price withoute me negotiating and him runing back and forth to his mngr, the price was so good i went online to get the lowest qote nobody came close. over all very happy def recomend to everybody.
