This is how buying a car should be. Teri Lupacchino answered all of my questions while researching a new RDX, either through email or phone. No sales pitch, just information. After the test drive we agreed on the price and moved on to the business manager, Brian Savo. Once again, no pressure. When the RDX arrived Teri spent all the time needed to explain the functionality of this vehicle. Definitely recommended. Thanks Teri.

Jeff Norwood was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable during the purchasing process. Jeff made sure I was satisfied with my experience at the dealership and he answered all questions. Actually, Jeff answered most of my questions without me having to ask. I would buy again from Schaller Acura and would want to work with Jeff.

Schaller Acura demonstrated to me a superior level of service in both there sales and service departments. Teri made the purchase of my RDX a comfortable experience. Her easy going nature and knowledge of her product were evident. Also, Glenn, in service, took the extra time I was looking for to detail out for me the service repair on my 1997 RL.

I will be sure to make others aware of the positive experience I had a Schaller and plan to return to service dept for my future vehicle needs.

I have been a customer of Schaller since I bought my first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She knew we were torn between the technology package and the one without the package. Showing us the added features and giving us time to think about it really helped in making the decision to GO FOR IT!!!! At the time of pick up she went over all the programming and driving details with me and boy were there lots of them! She was so patient with me learning how to use the new system, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Schaller is, by far, the best dealer for sales and extraordinary service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service manager, David Wiltsie, has been around since I started, this says a lot for the type of employer Schaller must be. Thank you Schaller Family, you are the best!!!

The sales and service department staff members are very courteous, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. For these reasons I have been a loyal customer for 25 years and have purchased four cars from them. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.
