Other then going over everything that needed taken care of he gave me a realistic time to complete the work needed and the job was done very close to that time. Ben was inpatient, rude and unprofessional. He was unmotivated and unhelpful during my visit! Ben later yelled at me and had to be sent into the office by his manager. This time (and I know I dropped in when the shop was busy) but not sure if they changed the oil like they were suppose. always been very satisfied.
