Just went by the dealership for a regular maintenance check. My Service person was Steve Beck. Knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant personality. Explained fully what additional mechanical process was needed. Kept me aware of how long the process would take. One thing I did notice the dealership has changed the check out procedure. Instead of being given the bill and going to a cashier to check out and pay, this has been added to the service person job duties. Not necessarily a bad idea but, it did seem to slow things down a little.
