My Review of Scott Clark's Toyota Scion:
In 2004 I purchased my first Toyota, Highlander. I still have this car and enjoy every minute of it! I'm the type of customer that buys a new car every 3 years, but I'm going on 6 years with my Highlander and a lot of that is due to the customer service I have received from Jeff Middleton. Jeff has worked with me for the last couple of years and has always made me feel comfortable with having a better understanding of my needs. He is someone I feel I can trust.
I have been in customer service for over 20 years now and as we all know, if you can build trust with a customer it will along way.
I know in the near future I will be purchasing my next car and I can say that Scott Clark Toyota will be the way I go and a large part of that is because of the great customer service and Jeff Middleton. Thank you for all you do.

Mr Tim Wright was a very helpful salesman. He was very polite & Knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him. The dealership is very clean and nice, with a very good selection. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Toyotas are a good product.

My Review of Scott Clark's Toyota Scion:
I did not buy my Toyota here (I got it used) but have always received excellent service. Several of my friends have Toyotas and they all recommend this service department. They keep a good computer record of all service for the vehicle. The service technicians are very patient and do not recommend service that it not needed. I have asked them to check the brakes on my 5 year old car several times, expecting them to tell me I need new ones, and they have reassured me that I don't need them now and that everything is working perfectly.

We visited the dealership to purchase a new Camry. Travis Wilson was our Sales Consultant, and he was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. Travis and Jeff showed great patient in working with us. The dealership itself is a great place to buy a car. I would recommend Scott Clark's Toyota and Travis to anyone.

Pete was great to work with. We purchased our Highlander from this dealership 6 years ago, and have never been disappointed with service there. This was our first time with Pete, and he was exceptional, above and beyond! He made us feel that we and our vehicle were in great hands. He even washed it for us! We'll be back!

My Review of Scott Clark's Toyota Scion:
When I had a friend who needed emergency service for her car while she was in Charlotte I recommended she call Pete Acree at Scott Clark. I met her at the dealership and drove her to work. When I realized I would have to take her back to get her car in the afternoon I called Pete and asked him if he could work me in for service. I was way past the date I should have had the oil changed and tire rotated. Pete was able to work me in and even though it was late in the afternoon it did not long for the service to be completed. When he brought me the air filter to see how dirty it was I know I should have listened to him the last time I had service. The air filter had not been changed on my Highlander since I bought it. I thanked Pete for working me in so I would not have to come back later in the week.

My Review of Scott Clark's Toyota Scion:
The folks at Scott Clark Toyota in Stallings are first class. They treat you like a friend from the first visit. I had the pleasure of working with Pete Acree and his enthusiasm and attention to detail is beyond compare. Pete is definately an asset to Scott Clark Toyota and I commend him for his great job.

I didnt get the name of the gentleman that actually did the service work on my truck, but he was also very helpful, informative, and on time. I needed it back by lunch time, and it was ready prior to that. How good is that, and how unusual is that.

I had previously used DJ Ford as my primary service department, but they lost several key personnel due to the economy, and likewise their work suffered. I sent my cars/trucks to Scott Clark Toyota, and I am extremly pleased with that decision. I will let my friends know to do so as well.

My Review of Scott Clark's Toyota Scion:
Since I purchased my 1999 Toyota Camry from Scott Clark Toyota Justin Bustle has always been professional and helpful in giving great service in representing this car dealership.
One day I went to purchase gas from Costco because I was almost on empty and my gas door would not open. Frustrated and being that Scott Clark dealership was close I was glad Justin was there. Explaining my situation to him he automatically knew the problem and advised me to purchase a gas door spring and he installed it for me on the spot. I was so grateful to Justin more so because I didn't have to spend much money.
It is because of employees like Justin that make going to Scott Clark dealership a pleasant experience.

My Review of Scott Clark's Toyota Scion:
We started out with a another sales person on our first visit, he had a customer come in so Greg came to take over with us. Greg did a GREAT job of letting us look at a lot of different models on the lot, and we drove several of them. He has a LOT of patience and listened to what we wanted. We talked to his manager at the end of our first visit. We weren't quite ready to buy that first day and I asked Greg not to call me everyday, that we would be ready in about 3 weeks. Greg respected my request and only called me twice. He was the only sales person out of the 3 dealerships we visited that respected my request not to call me every day. The day we went to purchase, we visited another dealership first to check out an Avalon that was the color I wanted but was 1 year older than the one at Scott Clark (and the one at Scott Clark wasn't my first choice of color). That dealership wouldn't deal with us on price (not a Toyota dealership), but we were interested in that car because it was less than $20,000. We went to Scott Clark for our appointment with Greg, drove the Avalon, then went in to talk about price. Greg was great during our negotiation. He knew what I wanted and really worked hard to make me happy. We got a great price for the car. We had a meeting we had to get to in less than an hour and Greg managed to get us in with finance and out in our new car in plenty of time! It was really a smooth purchase. I will definetly go to Greg again when we want to get another Toyota. And just so you know, that's saying A LOT because my best (like a sister) friend's husband is the #1 or 2 sales person at Hendrick BMW preowned AND another good friend works in finance at Town & Country Toyota. As for my experience with the Service Department, it was great too. Greg handed me over to Crystal who took good care of me and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. WONDERFUL experience overall.
