My Review of Scott Robinson Honda:
I had a brake problem and had to be towed.My AAA covers only 7 miles after that the cost is $9. per miles. Scott Robinson is 16.5 miles from my home.

After fixing the brake problem on 9-28-09, the problem I had occurred again on 10-17-09.I went back to the station they said they would not help me the manager from the service dept was the one. All I said was that the problem had recurred, please check it. To make a long story short he said that they would not help me/

I always for 10 years have dealt with Mr. Chan or his sons Lucas & Zachery...they are wonderful..always explain what has to be done and why.

Well, today both Lucas and Zachery were off. I had the good fortune to get Janelle...she too was very helpful. She had them check to see that the brakes were done properly. I had paid the gas station $660. to the repairs.

I NOW FEEL Comfortable that the job was done.if Scott Robinspn says they are fine..I believe them.

I currently purchased a pre owned truck for my nephew. I was VERY impressed with the salesman Cory that approched me. He was friendly and perfessional from the beginning. I visited 5+ dealers and no one did near an OUTSTANDING job as Cory. He took time to listen to my nehews needs and likes (he is a young college student and surfer) and my budget. He found us the perfect truck that made both of us happy. He went over and beyond his way to make it easy for us and answer all our questions without being pushy at all. I wish there were more car salesman out there like Cory. I am currently in a non Honda brand lease but I can promise you that when my lease is up Honda and Scott Robinson Honda just earned a customer all because of Cory. I would defintly ask for him if I was you and looking for a pre owned or new car! Thanks Cory and Scott Robinson Honda for a job well done!!!

My Review of Scott Robinson Honda:
Upon arriving, staff (Enrique) was courteous and attentive. He specifically told me what my car was missing and the services that would be helpful for my car. I really liked the interest placed on my car and ways to make it run smoother and prevent future breakdowns. Enrique was excellent at communicating and being specific and professional. I also loved the fact that I did not have to wait for a long time before my car was ready. I usually take a book with me to read while I wait but in this case the service provided was keeping my attention away from the book. Usually at other dealerships the staffs do not even check up on their customers to make sure their waiting time is pleasant. However, at Scott Robinson Honda everyone that would walk passed me would smile and ask if there was anything I needed. Customer Service was excellent. The staffs were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining what future services my car may need. I even got a car wash which was excellent. My time was well spent at the dealership and I know that I will be coming back again for future Services. I even told my dad how great the people are there and to tell his friends that if they are looking for great service or even thinking about buying a new car, this is the place to go. I would definitely recommend Scott Robinson Honda to my friends and family.

I have got my Honda serviced at a few Honda dealerships in the past, I recently had my car serviced at Scott Robinson and had a pleasant experience. I was assisted by service adviser Enrique who not only took me step by step on the future services my car will require, but made sure my car was serviced within the limited time I had. I would definitely recommend Scott Robinson Honda to others and will continue getting my car serviced at this location.

I have been coming to this dealership for the past few years for service on my Pilot. Having my car serviced is definitely not my favorite errand/chore, but I know that if I come to Scott Robinson Honda, I will be able to receive a convenient appointment time, prompt and courteous service, and reasonable prices. I like the fact that they always explain the service that they perform and that they always let me know what I can expect on my next trip. I will definitely keep coming back to this dealership for service.

I serviced my car at Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance [CA]. The service consultant, Kenny Tawa was very informative on the duration, price and process of the service for my car.

He communicated all the information, was friendly and quickly arranged for 'Dealer Shuttle' so I could get back to work promptly.

Kenny Tawa is definitely the service consultant that I will ask for next time I need service.

Scott Robinson Honda has a very friendly staff. Lyle Ota in the service department is always very helpful and explains in detail the work that needs to be done. They've always done a great job on my vehicle. When I pick up my car, James at the clerk's desk always gives service with a smile.

We recently purchased a new Pilot and the entire experience has been terrific. The sales process was smooth and the service dept has been extremely friendly/helpful. But most of all, they went above and beyond to help us deal with the bank holding our old car's lease. The bank sent us a huge bill trying to squeeze more money out of us even after we satisfied our lease obligations...Scott Robinson wrote a check and made it go away. We look forward to many years as Scott Robinson customers!

Great dealer. Easy and smooth. No tricks no delays. Everything was done perfect. I have, and will continue to send my friends and family here with the knowledge they will be all treated fair and honest. This is a family owned and operated buisiness and they show that they care about the local people who buy from them. The same family for 40 years. They promote from with in the comapny as well. Eric B. is still there after 30 years. I keep seeing the same slesman there year after year. That says something about the way Jeff R. is running his business. Buy and service your car at this dealer. You will be happy you did.

I went into purchase a car for my wife's birthday and bought an '08 Honda Accord. I knew what car I wanted and I was in-and-out in 30 minutes which was unheard of in my experience of purchasing a new car. The salesmen even delivered the car to my wife's surprise birthday party...I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Scott Robinson Honda for your next vehicle.
